About the St. Elmo
Located on Bestor Plaza in the heart of Chautauqua Institution, the St. Elmo Condominium contains 60 residential units and an inviting concourse area that features a restaurant, delicatessen, day spa and shops. The St. Elmo was built in 1988 on the site of the former St. Elmo Hotel.
